Implemented Remote Access Services (RAS) on multiple Windows NT Servers to allow remote
users to retrieve information such email and files. Configured multiple Windows NT Servers
for Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) allowing remote sites to share files and data with
corporate headquarter. Installed pcANYWHERE32 8.0 on all Windows NT Servers for low-cost
remote administration.
Network Faxing:
Enhanced employee productivity and cut cost by implementing advanced network fax solution
using Cheyenne FAXserve for Windows NT, which enables users to send and receive faxes from
within any Windows application.
Workstation Management:
Implemented Systems Management Server (SMS) to lower cost and better manage workstations
by providing tools such as hardware and software inventory, software distribution and
installation, and remote control.
Virus Protection:
Reduced cost of ownership by implementing Dr.Solomon's Windows NT Server Management
Edition. This server allow the most current version Dr.Solomon's Anti-Virus toolkit to be
installed, configured, upgraded and removed from any machine connected to the network
without any interaction from the end user.
